Autism Coaching

Recognizing the power of everyday interactions

What We Do

Parent & Family Coaching

The bond you have with your child is for life. No one will have a greater impact on your child’s development than you and your family. At autism coaching, we recognize and honor this. We also understand that you’re already working extremely hard to support your child - you certainly don’t need to work any harder! We’ve learned that what parents need most is simple, practical information and strategies they can use in everyday interactions. You need to know what your child needs most, what you’re already doing with your child that’s working, and how you can connect more deeply to strengthen your child’s social and emotional development for life.

Training, Coaching & Consulting for autism professionals

Even with many years of training and experience, most (non-autistic) professionals have difficulty connecting with autistic children and successfully supporting their active participation in school activities or therapy sessions. This can lead to frustration, exhaustion and burnout. Professionals can struggle mightily to develop the kind of trusting relationships with children, parents and families that are essential for effective education and care. At autism coaching, we use simple tools and strategies to help you develop the kind of relationships and interactions with children and families you’ve always hoped for.

The secret is: believe in your child and believe in yourself
